Ordering, watching and support

Twelve answers covering what happens before you order and what happens after.

A subscription that brings live television and on-demand films and series together in one place. You receive credentials by email and enter them in an IPTV player on your Smart TV, Firestick, phone, tablet or computer.

Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) Smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV sticks and cubes, Android TV and Google TV boxes, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, and Windows or macOS computers.

Once the payment is confirmed, your credentials are sent to the email address on the order. There is nothing to post and no hardware to wait for — most people are watching the same evening.

By email, as soon as the order is confirmed. If it has not arrived, check the spam folder first and then write to support, which answers around the clock.

You can set the same credentials up on as many devices as you own. What is limited is simultaneous playback: one stream at a time per subscription. If two screens need to watch at once, ask support about an extra connection.

On Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV: TiviMate, published by Armobsoft FZE — five million downloads, 4.2 stars, updated June 2026. On iPhone and iPad: Smarters Player Lite from WHMCS SMARTERS, free, 4.8 stars over roughly 445,800 ratings. On Samsung and LG televisions: Smart IPTV from siptv.app. On a computer: VLC. We publish none of them and receive nothing from their developers — any player that takes an M3U link or an Xtream Codes login will work.

No, and the names are a genuine source of confusion. TiviMate is an Android player application published by Armobsoft FZE; it plays channels but supplies none, and it sells its own separate premium tier. TiviMate Player is this subscription service: we supply the channels, as credentials you enter in a player. You can use our subscription with TiviMate, and our Android guides recommend it — but we are not its publisher and buying from us is not buying TiviMate Premium.

Install a player on your device, add your playlist using the M3U link or the server address with username and password, and the channel list loads. The single most common first-run mistake is leaving the port off the server address.

Around 15 Mbps for Full HD and about 25 Mbps for 4K, measured on the device doing the watching. Wired beats Wi-Fi every time, and a weak connection shows up as buffering no player can fix.

Yes, 24/7. From the 6-month plan onwards, support also walks the setup through with you on your own device rather than sending instructions and leaving you to it.

By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, through our checkout. Your card details never touch this site and none is kept on file afterwards. Nothing renews automatically: a plan runs for its term and stops, so there is nothing to cancel.

Yes. Plans do not renew automatically, so at the end of a term you simply choose again — a longer one, a shorter one, or none. Write to support if you want to move to a longer plan before your current one ends.

Tell support, and quickly — most of what people take for a bad service turns out to be the setup or the connection, and that is usually settled in a few minutes. We do not advertise a money-back guarantee, so what you are entitled to is whatever the consumer law where you live provides. Our refund policy page says so plainly rather than promising more than we deliver.

Questions about a specific device

Each setup guide answers the questions that only come up on that platform — the unknown-sources setting on a Firestick, the MAC address on a Samsung, the lookalike apps on iOS.
