What a subscription is
A subscription to TiviMate Player is a set of credentials — a playlist link, or a server address with a username and password — valid for the term you paid for. It is not an application and not a device. You enter the credentials in an IPTV player on hardware you already own.
Term, renewal and simultaneous use
A plan runs for its stated term and then stops. Nothing renews automatically, no card is kept on file, and there is no notice to give. One subscription allows one stream at a time; the same credentials may be installed on as many of your own devices as you like, but only one may play at any moment. Sharing your credentials outside your household ends the subscription without refund.
Availability
We aim for uninterrupted service and size the servers for peak evenings, but no provider can promise a stream will never drop. Your own connection is the part we cannot control: roughly 15 Mbps is needed for Full HD and 25 Mbps for 4K, measured on the device doing the watching.
What you are responsible for
Keeping your credentials to yourself, and complying with the law where you live. Nothing here is legal advice about what you may watch, where, or from whom. Playing content you have no right to play is unlawful in most places, and no subscription or player changes that.
