Refund Policy

We do not advertise a money-back guarantee. This page says what we do instead, and what the law gives you regardless.

There is no blanket money-back guarantee

We would rather say that plainly than advertise a promise and argue about it later. A subscription is sold for a fixed term, paid once, and it does not renew. What you are entitled to if it goes wrong is set out below.

If something is not working, tell us first

Most of what people take for a bad service turns out to be the setup or the connection — an address missing its port, a player that will not run on an old television, Wi-Fi behind a Fire TV Stick. Support answers around the clock and settles most of it in a few minutes. It costs you nothing to try, and it is faster than any refund.

If we cannot make the service work on your device, say so and we will deal with it case by case. We do not hide behind a form.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page reduces the rights consumer law gives you where you live. Depending on your country those may include a withdrawal period after an online purchase, and remedies if the service is not as described. Those rights exist whether or not we advertise a guarantee, and we will not argue that this page overrides them.

Note: Where you live decides which of those rights you have and how long they last. If you want to know exactly where you stand before ordering, ask us and we will tell you rather than leave you to guess.

What is not refundable

A subscription ended for sharing credentials outside your household, which the terms treat separately. Activation fees charged by a third-party television app are paid to that app’s developer, not to us, and we cannot refund them.

How to raise it

Write to hello@tivimateplayerpro.com from the address on the order and say which plan you took and what is wrong. We answer around the clock.
